At KURO, we put care and precision into every product we create. We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t feel right, our return and refund policy is here to ensure you shop with confidence.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all inserts, protective wrapping, or accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Returns requested beyond 7 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

Custom orders or made-to-order items.
Digital products, including templates.
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
